In Carluke, we recently conducted a standard boiler replacement, upgrading from a Glow-worm 60FF to a Worcester 18Ri, a modern A-rated condensing boiler. The homeowner initially contacted us due to water leakage from the old unit. During our comprehensive health check of the heating system, we identified that the domestic hot water two-port zone valve was malfunctioning, and the primary heating circuit valve demonstrated instability.
Further inspection revealed improperly connected wires in the wiring centre.
